What they were up against
True Connection Communities is the overarching, umbrella brand for several different independent senior living centers across the country. With each of these communities running and living under their own unique name and brand, True Connection Communities (TCC) wanted to establish one master brand that set the tone for all of their communities in order for TCC to build a more unified, stronger presence in the industry.
What we did to help
We did research on the industry and competition, held brand workshops and conducted interviews with key stakeholders, including employees and residents across their various communities to ultimately arrive at the brand’s positioning idea, “Living Senior.” This mantra of living youthfully, regardless of age, became the essence of the brand, inspiring the messaging and visual expression in all of their communications, across all of the communities. It gave TCC an authentic yet ownable voice and identity to help them stand out and connect with the type of seniors who look forward to making the most of their golden years. “Living Senior” continues to be the common thread that brings the TCC brand to life throughout their communities.
