In 2008, the first ClearChoice Dental Implant Center opened for business. With their all-in-one treatment model, they used state-of-the-art equipment to restore patients’ smiles with implants that look, feel and function like natural teeth. Even with 30 centers nationwide, ClearChoice was struggling to establish themselves as the clear leader in this young, but rapidly growing category. Without a clear brand strategy, they relied transactional DRTV to generate leads. Additionally, their advertising lacked a value proposition and attracted unqualified leads.
What We Did To Help
Our research revealed no other dental implant provider offered patients the level of expertise, patient care and transparency as the specialists at ClearChoice. To capture the transformational power of the procedure, our creative tapped into the raw emotion of the patient. After conducting hundreds of interviews and collecting hours of footage, it was clear that the benefits of new teeth went far beyond the beauty of a new smile. We built a robust, relevant positioning strategy and ad platform that elevated the brand and drove higher quality leads. Additionally, we implemented a segmentation strategy to deliver relevant messages to key audiences across the fully integrated campaign.
And it got results: We improved their close rate by 10%. Website conversion shot up 300%. ClearChoice experienced unprecedented high-quality lead growth while lowering the cost-per-lead by 17% and increasing revenue by 50%.
