With a new wave of competing energy alternatives emerging, Xcel Energy needed to find a way to deliver the renewable energy its business and residential customers were demanding. Xcel Energy wanted them to feel good about the energy they were getting and to think of Xcel Energy as an option worth selecting, not settling on.
